Scary Whim
Scary is made with the basic WHIM pattern, his directions and print files are below.
All the pieces are available in a print/cut format for Cricut® machines.
Materials:
2 16 oz. plastic drinking cups
2 .09 x 10" foam cylinders for arms/legs/feet
1 2" foam ball for head
1 wooden skewer
hay pieces
1 3" x 4" piece of flexible foam or felt for shoulder bracket
1 Base, wood base or firm cardboard or chipboard
Hat:
1 4" x 4" piece of burlap
Tools:
10 straight pins
paper glue
bond paper - 8.5 x 11" 20 - 24 lb.; after print/cut you wrinkle it to age it.
trimming scissors
Will work best with a Cricut® machine, but can be cut by hand.
How to build a WHIM
Materials needed:
- 2, 16 oz. plastic drinking cups (body top/bottom)
- 2, 10" x .09" foam cylinders (arms/legs/feet
- 1, 4" x 3" piece of felt or sheet foam (shoulder bracket)
- 1, 2" foam ball (head)
- 1, .08" foam ball (hands)
Santa WHIM
